PROCESSING TIME
All ELORAH & Co. candles are hand-poured in small batches. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2–3 business days once shipped. During peak periods or due to carrier delays, delivery may take up to 5 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
WHERE WE SHIP
ELORAH & Co. currently ships within the United States only. We ship from New Hampshire and Phoenix, Arizona. Delivery times may vary depending on your location relative to our fulfillment locations.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at your store email and we will work with the carrier to locate your order. ELORAH & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will do our best to make it right.
