Refund & Return Policy

GENERAL POLICY
All sales made through ELORAH & Co. are subject to the terms outlined in this policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, unburned, and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items that have been burned, used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return under any circumstances

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Any candle that has been lit or burned, even once
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Custom or personalized orders

RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. ELORAH & Co. does not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. ELORAH & Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.

RESTOCKING FEE
All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. ELORAH & Co. reserves the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion in lieu of a refund.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. ELORAH & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed in bad faith without first contacting ELORAH & Co. to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide all transaction evidence to the payment processor. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing from ELORAH & Co.

EXCEPTIONS
ELORAH & Co. reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy. All decisions made by ELORAH & Co. regarding returns and refunds are final.

Scent descriptions, mood profiles, and fragrance notes provided on this website are subjective interpretations intended as a guide only. Individual experience of fragrance is personal and may vary. ELORAH & Co. makes no guarantee that any scent will produce a specific feeling, mood, or effect.

Colors and product appearances shown on this website may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen calibration and photography conditions. These variations do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

CANDLE SAFETY & LIABILITY WAIVER
By purchasing any ELORAH & Co. product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

- All candles must be used in accordance with the safety instructions included with the product
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep all candles out of reach of children and pets
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Keep away from flammable materials, drafts, and vibrations
- Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Keep the wax pool free of debris
- Discontinue use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains

ELORAH & Co. shall not be held liable for any property damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety guidelines for any of our products. The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe use of all purchased items.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELORAH & Co., its owners, employees, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from:

- The use or inability to use our products
- The use of or reliance on any content on this website
- Any errors or omissions in our website content
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any other matter relating to our products or services

In no event shall ELORAH & Co.'s total liability to any customer exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ELORAH & Co. and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

ELORAH & Co. reserves the right to update or modify this legal notice at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
