GENERAL POLICY
All sales made through ELORAH & Co. are subject to the terms outlined in this policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, unburned, and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items that have been burned, used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return under any circumstances

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Any candle that has been lit or burned, even once
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Custom or personalized orders

RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. ELORAH & Co. does not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. ELORAH & Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.

RESTOCKING FEE
All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. ELORAH & Co. reserves the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion in lieu of a refund.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. ELORAH & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed in bad faith without first contacting ELORAH & Co. to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide all transaction evidence to the payment processor. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing from ELORAH & Co.

EXCEPTIONS
ELORAH & Co. reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy. All decisions made by ELORAH & Co. regarding returns and refunds are final.
